Operations Manager

Baler and Tractor Operator

  • Extensive tractor operation experience;
  • Previous Baling experience with large square balers;
  • Experience in routine machinery maintenance; and
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience (preferred but not required)

Additionally, the successful candidate will need to be available to travel throughout Central and Southern QLD as well as Northern NSW.

Personal Assistant

  • Diary management and ensuring meetings are prepared for;
  • Travel and accommodation coordination;
  • Assisting with report writing and formatting;
  • Being attentive to client service expectations and supporting exceptional delivery; and

We are seeking experience as a personal assistant/administrator for a minimum of 5 years, ideally with demonstrated ability to help new Managers 'adopt' their PA effectively.
