In 2011, Focus HR was engaged by a local NFP facing significant cultural issues.  We conducted a cultural analysis performing both anonymous and face-to-face staff surveys.  Based on the findings, Focus HR was able to provide a range of specific and practical actions.  Since then, Focus HR has worked as an integral part of the management team in the organisation, implementing the recommendations and assisting in organisational and cultural change.
