DiSC, Culture & Values Workshop

This workshop combines the powerful elements of exploring, developing and protecting your unique company culture and values with the powerful people decoder known as DiSC.

Working in a team means having to deal with all different kinds of people; and sometimes understanding and getting along with them can be a bit of a challenge.  By defining the company culture, setting and living by strong values, and equipping the team with the right knowledge and language to work effectively together, businesses can create winning people, teams and culture.

In this workshop we will:

• Take you through Fiona Robertson’s 10 cultural dimensions
• Explore what your culture looks like now and what you would like it to be
• Understand your company values and how your team can align to them
• Drill down to defining what the right behaviours look like
• Develop a team charter
• Explore DiSC with your team including
  • Understanding your own style
  • Learning other styles
  • Insights on how to work more effectively with other styles in a team environment

The workshop provides a challenging but fun, non-threatening environment for leaders to guide their culture and values and participants to explore not only their own style, but also specific application strategies for improving communication, relationships and results with others of different styles.

• Pre workshop survey for values and culture across your business
• A facilitated full day group workshop
• Individual DiSC profiles for up to 5 participants (Individuals complete an online profile to learn about their behavioural tendencies in a fully customised, user friendly report.  Additional reports can be added for additional cost).
