Family and Domestic Violence Leave Legislation – a FREE seminar

The new Family and Domestic Violence Leave legislation coming into effect from 1 February 2023 affects all employers. This is an important development to understand in relation to both your obligations as an employer, and how you and your managers may need to be ready to handle conversations with your people about challenging personal situations.

This seminar will be presented by Focus HR and Business Resilience Centre and will provide insights into:

• Understanding the entitlements under the new legislation
• How to implement this on a practical level
• Developing a safety plan
• Guidance for Managers on how to initiate and respond to FDV related conversations

With a career primarily in people-centric organisations, Zoe brings a rounded approach into the corporate leadership team through her passion for service innovation, staff wellbeing and seeking positive outcomes for individuals, families and our communities.
