Alistair is absolutely dedicated to small business. His belief that they are the backbone of the economy, that employing people shouldn’t be this hard and that there must be a better way has led to him helping hundreds of business owners to not just survive in business but to actually love coming to work again.
Telling his younger self to ‘study business, HR and Strategy first because that’s where you are going to end up’ might have meant he got to this point more quickly, but we know it’s the journey he’s taken to get here that makes him such an asset to our team.
A self-confessed Toowoomba-phile and a true home body, Alistair loves to cook. A medium-rare, grass-fed fillet steak from the Weber grill and a selection of big salads, a dirty shiraz and a table full of mates is his perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We have to say we’ve been around that table and it is a pretty great place to be.
When it comes to helping clients gain clarity of direction & vision, find efficiencies, workflows and project planning, Alistair absolutely shines. His learning never stops and he is incredibly generous with sharing his insights and discoveries with both the team and our clients.
Al considers himself lucky to work with our team and with the clients we help, and we feel exactly the same way.
