Shae brings a strong employment law background to Focus HR, having previously worked with large multinational organisations including Airbus Australia Pacific and Virgin Australia. She joined the team to apply that big-business experience in a way that supports small and medium businesses to navigate people challenges with confidence.

With nearly eight years’ experience, Shae enjoys getting into the detail — whether that’s unpacking complex workplace matters, working through case law, or exploring smarter ways to improve processes. She’s naturally curious and driven by asking “what’s next?” to find practical, forward-thinking solutions.

Outside of work, Shae spends her time riding her two horses and can often be found mustering when she has the time — a reflection of her strong connection to regional life.

She loves the Toowoomba region for its diversity — offering a vibrant, city-like feel while still being surrounded by wide open spaces just minutes away.
