Terry’s journey into HR began with curiosity. After working across the aged care and disability sectors, he became interested in understanding why Human Resources was often viewed negatively and, more importantly, how it could make a genuine difference in people’s working lives. That curiosity led him into the profession, where he has found a passion for helping create positive workplace experiences.

For Terry, a great workplace is one where professionalism, teamwork and a good sense of humour coexist. He believes the best teams are those that support one another, tackle challenges together and ensure everyone feels valued.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys motorcycle rides, camping trips and fishing adventures. He’s also a self-confessed fantasy enthusiast, with a love of The Lord of the Rings and all things Dungeons & Dragons.
