Hope Horizons is further spreading hope across Toowoomba with the planting of the first Tree of Hope at the newly established Jenny Black Cancer Wellness Centre.
The symbolic tree, known as the Focus HR Tree of Hope, marks a significant milestone in the organisation’s journey of providing much-needed holistic cancer care and community support and services.
Located at the new Jenny Black Cancer Wellness Centre, the Ginkgo Biloba tree, known for resilience and longevity, has been chosen as the emblematic species for the Tree of Hope.

The Jenny Black Cancer Wellness Centre opened its doors on January 8, 2024, and stands as a testament to the vision and generosity of Mr and Mrs Harvey Black.
Through his philanthropy and commitment to improving cancer care, Mr Black has provided a sanctuary where individuals and families affected by cancer can find solace, support, and healing.
