Focus HR – giving away $50,000 in bursaries for 2021!
Focus HR, the naming rights sponsors for the Toowoomba Business Excellence Awards, are further demonstrating their commitment to supporting small business in our region. In 2021 Focus HR will take two businesses through their 12-month Engaged People Program, valued at $25,000, absolutely free! One of these bursaries will be awarded to a member of the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce.
Focus HR’s expert team works alongside you across the course of 12 months to develop your people, leadership and strategy practices, to gain freedom and fun as a business owner, confidence and peace of mind, and a competitive advantage for your business.
The applications for the Bursary are now open and the winners will be announced at Toowoomba’s night of nights, the Business Excellence Awards on 12th December.
If you are a driven, motivated business owner who understands you need some assistance to get your People, Strategy and Leadership on track and recognises the need for external support to reach your business goals, you need to apply for this bursary! You simply need to have your head office in the Toowoomba region, be privately owned and have at least two employees (non-family). If you have been operating for at least 12 months and are financially viable, this could be for you. And whether you win or not, you will gain valuable insights through the process.
